Marcel Horst has built his outsourcing experience in the past 20 years both as a supplier and a customer in a number of leading Telecommunications, IT and HR Outsourcing companies.

Marcel holds an MBA and a MSc in Telecommunications from Cranfield University.

Lino Scialo
Director of Business Development Strategy		 A business development executive with 15+ years of experience working with clients in many sectors helping to identify solutions. Having helped companies such as Logica CMG, Bord Na Mona, Eircom and Gatescan identify new markets and match capabilities to client requirements, Lino tends to be the first port of call for many new ExcelSource engagements.
Alan Everitt
Associate - Telecommunications 

Alan Everitt has over 40 years experience in the telecommunications industry, the last 6 years providing independent consultancy to a range of clients in both the private and public sectors.

Alan is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and has extensive Prince-2 project management experience.
Mohammad Mirazimi
Associate - IT Outsourcing

A consultant with 20+ years of experience in the IT and outsourcing arena. Having worked for suppliers such as IBM and CAP Gemini, Mohammad understands the rules by which IT vendors and IT consultants operate. Having worked on projects as diverse as outsourcing the entire IT function @ Corus and working on outsourcing projects at BT, Mohammad has demonstrated to be pragmatic, get to the heart of where the value is and therefore deliver business value to their client organisations.
