The areas of outsourcing advice covers Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), IT Outsourcing (ITO), Financial Process Outsourcing (FPO), HR Outsourcing (HRO), Software Development and Telecommunications.

The Role

Your role will be to identify target clients and deliver a business concept to senior level decision makers within a diverse range of corporate and public sector organisations. You will be of graduate calibre, polished, professional and in search of a dynamic vehicle through which you can maximise your career potential. 

This is an exciting opportunity where very real openings for progression exist for the successful candidate. 

We're looking for exceptional Business Development Associates with experience within the Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and who have experience selling one or more of the following services.

  • Document Management
  • Business Intelligence Services
  • IT Hosting Services

    Key target markets include
  • Insurance
  • Hospitality
  • Public Service
  • Professional Services

    Responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying, ranking, developing and managing prospects
  • Help develop appropriate sales campaign activity
  • Progressing any lead opportunities on the ExcelSource CRM system
  • Work with the account director to create a sales pipeline

    Requirements
  • A minimum of 2+ years of consultative selling experience in IT and BPO outsourcing field
  • Demonstrable success in one or more of the above markets and services
  • MUST possess experience within the Information Technology and BPO outsourcing industry
